Minimum Required Donor Information

Casa JoJo Foundation will close as a 501(c)3 charity as of December 31, 2024.  All donations received after October 1, 2024 will be returned to the donor.  We are unable to mail checks received at our US address.  Checks received after October 1, 2024 will be destroyed and a notice will be sent to the donor advising that the check was destroyed.  

Thank you for supporting Casa JoJo Foundation.  We have helped to raise over $2,000,000 USD that was distributed to the organizations we support.  

All donors must provide the following information regardless of the donation amount:

Donor legal name.

Donor physical address, email and phone number.

Donations made via PayPal do not always provide this information.  when donating via PayPal, please provide your name and address information on the PayPal form.

Donors who donate $1,000 or more in a calendar year will be listed in IRS Form 990 Schedule B Part 1.  We are required to disclose donors by name, address and donation amount. This information is public information.

We will never disclose or sell your information except as provided by IRS form 990.

Casa JoJo Foundation assists many local charities in raising funds.  Anyone can donate to Casa JoJo Foundation but only United States taxpayers will receive a donations receipt for tax purposes.

Casa JoJo Foundation is a US registered nonprofit.  We are not registered in Canada or Mexico and can't offer tax receipts in countries other than the United States.

Your donation must come through Casa JoJo Foundation in order to be eligible for a tax receipt.  Donations made directly to a local charity are not eligible for a tax receipt from Casa JoJo Foundation.

You can donate directly to the Food Bank, Corazon de Nina, The Girls Fund and Jay Sadler Projects by visiting their websites and following the prompts to donate.  Please note that not all of these organizations can offer a US tax receipt.
